Drop Test

The FIBC is suspended above a rigid, non-resilient, smooth, flat, horizontal surface such that the

distance from the bottom of the bag to the surface equals the drop height.

The drop height is:

1.2 m for packing Group II FIBCs.

0.8 m for packing Group III FIBCs.

The FIBC is dropped such that it lands squarely on its base.

The FIBC is inspected in accordance with the criteria for passing the test.
