THERMAL
- Can be installed inside any size shipping or bulk container.
- Open ended, top loading or end filling via loading spouts.
- Excellent protection for products which may deteriorate due to odour, light, oxygen or moisture ingress.
- Aluminum barrier foil laminate co-extruded PE/PET Aluminum Foil/co-extruded PE.
- Woven PP bulkhead for End filling liners.
- Up to 80 times more effective than 125mu PE film at preventing moisture damage.
- Foil liners can be completely sealed for airtight containment.
Our thermal container liners are particularly effective at managing shipping container condensation — a common cause of cargo damage on long ocean voyages, sometimes referred to as container rain. Understanding shipping container temperature fluctuations across different shipping routes is key to selecting the right liner material for your cargo.
BARLESS
- Can be installed inside any size shipping container.
- Loaded from the door end using a belt thrower, pneumatic pump, conveyor, or elevated to load under gravity depending on the loading system, or product being loaded.

- Designed for loading or discharge with one, or both doors open.
- Made from Woven HDPE or Woven PP fabrics offering high strength with Antistatic/Conductive fabric grades are available as well.
Barless designs are a popular choice for dry bulk container liners applications where overhead bar clearance is a loading constraint.
FLUIDIZING
- Can be Installed inside any size shipping container.
- Full or partial fluidisation available. Can be controlled section by section, both end of the container.
- Capable of carrying a huge range of hard to flow and compactable products such as fly ash, Calcium carbonate, flour and talc.

FAQs about our Shipping Container Liners
What is a bulk container liner?
A bulk container liner is a large flexible bag installed inside a standard ISO container liners shipping container to carry dry or semi-wet bulk cargo. Made from polyethylene, woven polypropylene, or foil laminate, it forms a protective barrier between the product and the container walls, preventing contamination, moisture ingress, and residue.
What size shipping containers do your liners fit?
Wraptor® bulk container liner bags are manufactured for containers ranging from 20ft container dimensions through to 40ft and 53ft. All standard ISO container sizes are supported, and custom sizing is available for non-standard applications — contact our team with your container dimensions and cargo details for a tailored specification.
Are your liners food grade?
Yes. Wraptor® front spout/back fill, top fill, thermal, and fluidizing liners are available in food-grade co-extruded LLDPE film made from 100% virgin resin, compliant with FDA food contact requirements. Every food-grade liner is manufactured in BRC and AIB-certified facilities under strict hygiene and quality control protocols.
Can your liners be used for hazardous or antistatic applications?
Yes. Antistatic and dissipative film grades are available for back fill and barless liner configurations, suited to products with static sensitivity including resins, powders, and petrochemical granules. For classified hazardous materials, contact our team directly to confirm the appropriate liner specification and certification requirements for your shipment.
How long does installation take?
Most Wraptor® shipping container liners can be installed by a small crew in under 30 minutes. Wet hide and containment liner models are specifically designed for single-person installation in standard 20ft or 40ft ISO containers, with no specialist tools or equipment required.
Do you offer a liquid shipping container liner?
Wraptor® container liners are engineered for dry and semi-wet bulk cargo, not free-flowing liquids. Customers searching for a liquid shipping container liner solution should consider a flexitank, which is designed specifically for non-hazardous bulk liquids such as juices, oils, and food-grade liquid ingredients. Contact us and we'll direct you to the right product.
What materials cannot be shipped in a container liner?
Container liners are not suitable for free-flowing liquids or sharp-edged materials that risk puncturing the liner wall during loading. Certain highly corrosive chemicals may also require specialist containment solutions. If you are unsure whether your product is compatible, contact our team before specifying a liner for your application.
Are the liners recyclable?
All component parts of Wraptor® shipping container liner bags are 100% recyclable. Palmetto Industries is committed to minimizing packaging waste across the supply chain. For businesses with environmental reporting obligations, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's sustainable packaging guidance provides a useful framework for evaluating recyclability claims.
What certifications do your manufacturing facilities hold?
Palmetto Industries' manufacturing facilities hold BRC and AIB certification. Our global production network partners additionally maintain ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and HACCP certifications. Full certification documentation is available on request for customers in regulated industries including food, agriculture, and pharmaceuticals.
